Motor At The Harley-davidson Museum

Our waiter was absolutely terrible, never came by literally ever. Had the food runner bring us our food, had to kind someone that worked there for silverware. Just terrible. honestly the food was mediocre at best. Do not get any type of steak because they do not know how to cook it. Burnt ends were fire Tho!

We had a fantastic experience at this venue! We celebrated a birthday there and the restaurant was extremely accommodating. Our server provided excellent service.

We enjoyed dining on the patio at this restaurant. The food and service were both exceptional! We especially liked the Harley-themed atmosphere.

I went for the Mother’s Day Buffet with my family. We had a 1:00 reservation and was seated roughly 20-30min later. While we waited for our table, there were parties coming in after us, being seated before us. We were told it was because their reservation was for 12:45. Idk in what world do parties who show up well past their reservation time are still able to be seated before people who show up on time for theirs, but it was upsetting. Also while waiting, we noticed one of the staff members was changing the linen on the tables after parties were leaving, however, when getting a table ready for the next group, the staff member only shook the cloth and placed it back on the table. Of course, this happened to be my group’s table. It was addressed and the cloth was changed immediately. Overall, the food was not that great and the buffet didn’t meet expectations in terms of options and flavor, also a lot of it was cold. When you say you have a carving station, I expect more than a stuffed salmon wellington and ham. There was a pot of scorched gravy. Overall, an underwhelming buffet, but we made the best of it. The mimosa’s were great (although not free).

Pros: - Friendly staff - Tender and flavorful ham - Delicious banana bread and Kringle - Ice available at the water station - Good bean casserole - Thick cut bacon - Unique cutlery - Nice location Cons: - Poor value - Disappointing seafood station with long wait times - Understaffed and neglected food stations - Bland food - Greasy bacon - Inadequately managed seafood table - Dried out salmon at carving station - Flat soda - Average selection Overall, I was highly disappointed with the Mother's Day buffet at this restaurant. I regret choosing it and would not recommend it to others. My expectations based on the Harley Davidson brand were not met.
