Last night, when I went to this restaurant, I found out that they only accepted cash. I didn't have a problem with that, so I put the money in the window to pay. The woman working there was on her phone and seemed to ignore me while I waited. She finally took my money and then told me that the card machine was broken, so I wouldn't be getting a receipt. Stopped for lunch. Ordered 2 McChickens, no mayo. The grill slip says no mayo. I received 2 McChickens only mayo. I fu+÷ing hate mayo. Thanks for ruining my lunch break. How can you expect to get paid what you're demanding when you can't read simpledirections?!
This is not directed to just this store but to the decision makers of the company, where is your product in the hamburger. Meat measures approx 3.5 inches wide and just over 1/8 inch thick. I stay away from McDonald's when I can because of this.
The McDonald's in Milwaukee is the worst. The service is terrible and they always mess up orders. Every time I go, something is missing or wrong. The fries are always cold too. This is completely unacceptable.
The evening staff is very friendly. The food is just as fresh as they are. Not too shabby when it comes to getting my meal. I really enjoyed it!
The service at this restaurant is extremely slow, and my order is consistently delayed.
