I called to see the status of my order and one of the employees from the Jimmy Johns Store said to just order through the site and not through door dash, because they have their own drivers and they don't use Door Dashes drivers. Always wonderful service from this JJ store. Today the delivery driver brought extra drinks to combat the heat. So thoughtful!
We ordered two turkey sandwiches we got two sandwiches with no turkey. DoorDash handled a refund quickly, but was still disappointed in what was sent.

Jimmy John's delivery is HORRIBLE!! I order from DoorDash hoping to get faster delivery and accurate tracking but Jimmy John's does their own deliveries and takes over an hour to arrive when DoorDash shows an estimate of 20 minutes
