What Carlos likes about Guadalajara:
Being a Mexican with a Mexican mother who cooks at a Michelin star level (in my humble opinion), finding a good Mexican restaurant is hard. It's really hard. So when I came to this restaurant and tried their gorditas, sopes, and tacos (I'm wary of trying dishes that are more time consuming to make like Mole, Pozole, or Tamales) I was blown away!
