I was often in this restaurant. Just get the ice. Service is usually slow. But definitely the best soft ice cream on North Ave in Wauwatosa. They are artistic with the blooming demonstration on the head down to show that the ice does not fall out of the cup. They now offer milk-free Dilly bars, so I'm not sure they should change their name in Dairy-Free Queen. View all feedback.

ordered two blizzard a new, took royal cheesecake blizzard and it was only vanilla ice cream full of cheesecake pieces. poor service always and the line moves slowly. how if you don't even make the ice right? Last time you get my money View all feedback.
They were fast and the ice/onion rings were great! Unfortunately, there was something in my cheesecake Blizzard, there was really no cheesecake in it, but 3 bites. Overall, good experience!
I've been here a lot. Recently, I came here twice within 2 years and every time the young workers are fighting before their customers. For the first time they have not only made our order wrong, but also the cars before us, while in the car thru. A few cars moved into the parking lot to get their orders fixed, but unfortunately we had to wait all over a long period while they argue with each other/customers and we had just a simple order of ice. This time, while we were waiting in the Auto-Dru line, they started fighting too long about someone who is on their lunch break. People started leaving the restaurant, then they closed the inside. I appreciate the free ice this time, but it is regrettable that we have experienced a bad customer service at this point.
Terrible DQ, don?t go here. Went here twice, the first time they messed up my order, but Austin (the customer rep) said they would credit me my money back the next time I came back. I came back a few weeks later, and the money they ?credited? me had been ?already used? by someone else, and even when I told them I wasn?t the one who used it, they didn?t believe me. They are slow and obviously have no idea how to run a business smoothly.
Terrible customer service. Unpleasant tasting misty slushes. I was over charged and when I tried to tell the cashier she simply said that the prices on their (independent) website had not been updated. When I tried to call the phone number listed on their window, the owner argued with me saying that I had looked at dairyqueen.com for the prices. I didn't. I looked on their independent website (and have screen shots of the website). The owner either has poor communication skills or simply didn't want to listen to what I had to say. To make it worse, the drinks that I ordered didn't taste good. I went back to try and get a refund and the doors were locked. My only choice would have been to wait another 27 minutes in the drive-thru to try and get my money back.(They were super busy with a line of cars out onto the street) It was easier to just call my credit card company and dispute the charge.
The people working here are nice. Got some ice cream with my kids and it was great. The environment is a little dingy and dirty on the inside though. Not the best to sit and enjoy food inside though
