Was Jason P at Carnevor a mag?
The best lobster bisque anywhere in the country! They specialize in high end Wagyu from America, Australia, and Japan. No one else offers cuts like these so don't even bother looking. Cocktails are awesome, the people are great. The shrimp cocktail isgiant, desserts are made from scratch. Truly an amazing steakhouse. The first and second pictures are the A5 kuroge strip fromHokkaido. Bet you can't eat more than 4oz ?... View all feedback.

What Ted kelly dislikes about Carnevor:
Just what America doesn’t need—another overpriced steakhouse. The only thing that distinguishes Carnevor from generic spots like Ruth’s Chris, Shula’s, and Smith & Wollensky is its seafood selection. They do handle fish and shellfish well. However, the service felt stiff, and the atmosphere was filled with pretentious clientele. There’s no value or creativity here—just standard, uninspired dishes marked up at high pr... View all feedback.

The time we were here in about months. this time we had a party that I really can't say enough! the African lobster was the sweetest melt in your mouth lobster you will ever have without needing butter. the side shells are undoubtedly the best we ever had. we had the saffron risotto, mais, mushrooms, twice baked carrots and all carved on the table around them. I convinced the women to get the African lobster, and my man convinced the men to get the local wagu. the wagu was a big hit, just a brilliant steak. because of this steaks, the only steak of my mannes commands a nativity in our usual restaurant because nothing can compare with the wagu....read more

Whatever they do, do not order the aged rib eye reserve cut. you would swear it was just pulled out of the Pick'nSave fisher. this ding was hard, tasteless and chewing. a total take for the fountain a propely old steak knowr. I will never go back to spend my hard earned money on what I thought was the place to eat steak in milwaukee.

Booked a reservation for my brother’s birthday and it was a great experience. Our server was helpful and patient, given that it was our first time. Everyone was so attentive to our table. My glass of water was not empty for a single moment and the staffwas very professional. I highly recommend Carnevor, not only because the service was great, but because the food was too! Handsdown one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! I got a well done Filet Mignon and I can’t get over how delicious it was. I’veeaten a lot of steak in a lot of different places and Carnevor is at the top of the list. Literally the best steak ever!!

Carnevor is hands down one of the best (arguably the best) steak joint in Milwaukee. We went with the Australian Wagyu Filet and the Dry aged Rib Eye and both were amazing. We also had mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and butternut squash soup to gowith it. The atmosphere in the restaurant and bar are both great, making for and all around unique and enjoyable experience. The prices are on the higher end and they match the quality of the food and the experience. I would highly recommend givingCarnevor a chance if you can. Enjoy Local!
