When they mess up or get smart they try not to give you a receipt! Got order wrong, had attitude cause I had a coupon.
The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. Even after repeating my order 10 times, they still got it wrong. When I went back to speak with the manager, they were extremely rude. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I'll just go to 124th and Capital instead. This was the worst service I have experienced in a long time.
WORST EXPERIENCE! Waited 40 min in the drive-thru for cold food. I got up to the window and they asked if I paid, which I did. The proceed to give me the wrong order and questioned me with a Are you sure? I think I knew what I ordered. Finally thefood came out. I took one bite and then threw the whole meal out. Even the flat soda. What a mess this place is. Theattitudes were horrible. These are the people that want $15/hour? Haha! This Burger King should be shut down...IMMEDIATELY!!!
I entered the restaurant and was immediately informed that the dining room was closed. I asked why, but was not given a clear explanation. The music playing was filled with inappropriate language, even though it was only 2 o'clock in the afternoon. It felt more like a bar than a restaurant. The staff seemed disorganized, with the food preparer repeatedly asking me what I wanted. I finally had to ask them to turn down the music so they could hear my order.
I was very disappointed that my burger was cold and the bread was not fresh. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience. It reminded me why I hardly ever come here, as I hadn't visited in over a year. The employees at McDonald's can sometimes be overwhelming, but you forget about that when you receive your food and it is exactly what you wanted, hot or at least warm.
