Contribute FeedbackAt this Burger King location, customers are met with frustration more often than they would like. Long wait times, often exceeding 15 minutes, plague the drive-thru experience, leaving patrons wondering why they return. Staffing shortages mean missed orders and communication breakdowns, with cashiers providing little to no interaction. Observers note an alarming trend of running out of basic menu items, such as burgers, at a burger establishment. As diners seek a satisfying fast-food experience, this restaurant leaves much to be desired, leading many to question their loyalty to the brand.
I placed an order, went to the window to pay, and had my phone camera on in the car for myself and three other people. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff did not allow me to take any videos, not even outside the restaurant. They ended up canceling my order, and I was disappointed. I wish I could share a video here to show my experience. It's frustrating that there seems to be a lack of freedom in this establishment, unlike in America.
????No Lobby, Doors Locked???? drive thru only, ????very polite and prompt drive-thru staff???? The food, meh, ??????? burger king is burger king ???????
I tried to place an order at this restaurant, but after waiting at the drive-thru speaker for over 5 minutes without any acknowledgement, I pulled up to place my order. The employee claimed they didn't hear me and instructed me to pull around to place the order again. Despite there being a line of cars behind me, they refused to take my order and insisted that I pull around. Dissatisfied with the poor customer service, I chose to leave without making a purchase and will not be recommending this place to others. It's not the wait that bothered me, but rather the bad customer service.
It's burger king and they always are running out of burgers and supply's , it's a burger place how can you run out of meat. Never going here again wasted my time and gas, this is always
I find communication to be very important. The person at the drive-thru simply stood there and silently held out their hand for my card, then returned it without saying a word. Are they now training beggars for this job? If so, they have mastered the art of begging and will do well if they ever lose their job.
