I have to start by saying that the service at this restaurant was awful. My party and I ordered appetizers and main courses, but we had to wait an hour for our starters to come out. When they finally arrived, I was disappointed with my Thorizo toast starter. The toast was burnt and there were only five small pieces of chorizo on the plate. Our main courses took another hour to arrive, and they were also disappointing... View all feedback. What Keef the Red likes about The Durant Arms:
Stayed the night with the two pooches. Lovely comfy room to rest our legs after a long country walk. Booked into the pub for a meal as well, last time in 2021, had the pie. Lightning does strike twice especially in my belly! Had the pie again and amazing as always! Had a lovely full English. Rooms are dog friendly. View all feedback.

read moreDurant Arms had a mix of reviews, with some customers expressing disappointment in slow service, burnt food, and lack of attention from staff. However, others had a great experience, praising the warm welcome, prompt responses to emails, delicious food like Sunday roasts and chorizo starters, and comfortable rooms for overnight stays. The atmosphere was described as lovely, especially with a log burner going.
