I was calling at this service station after a long day at work and was pleasantly welcomed by Cairo. He kindly asked what i would like to drink in a very respectful manner and continued to ask me about my week and had a lovely conversation with him star employee). I have never experienced such a terrible Starbucks in my life. The service was awful, despite there being plenty of staff on hand. It took a ridiculous 25 minutes from ordering to receiving my drinks, and even then, two people who came in after me got their drinks first. The coldbrews I ordered were absolutely terrible - they tasted like watery milk with no coffee or flavor at all. It completely ruined my day. View all feedback.
