I was calling at this service station after a long day at work and was pleasantly welcomed by Cairo. He kindly asked what i would like to drink in a very respectful manner and continued to ask me about my week and had a lovely conversation with him star employee). What Ianrecord doesn't like about Starbucks:
I have never experienced such a terrible Starbucks in my life. The service was awful, despite there being plenty of staff on hand. It took a ridiculous 25 minutes from ordering to receiving my drinks, and even then, two people who came in after me got their drinks first. The coldbrews I ordered were absolutely terrible - they tasted like watery milk with no coffee or flavor at all. It completely ruined my day. View all feedback.

The staff at this restaurant provided shocking service. On a hot day while driving back from London, I wanted a frappe but I was turned away with a simple "sorry we don't have them today" without any other options or explanation. As a former Starbucks employee, I know that they could have easily made one if they wanted to. This was very poor service and not up to Starbucks standards.
I work on the roadworks of the motorway and have been here on the M1 13-16 for over four years now. I work 3 weeks out of every 4 and come to your Newport Pagnall branch (northside) every day, so pretty much up there at the top as a regular to starbucks. If I walk in and see “Ash” working then it’s a good start to the day for me, he is always so friendly showing he has such a kind side, It always gives me an upbeat start to my day, A really lovely man, knows his job inside out, a real professional, Ash always asks me how I am every single time I see him. Ash is elevated to another level with his customer skills, what a credit he is to your organisation! Definitely loved by all that work with him, certainly a people person and a credit to your buisness. I do hope you pass in my feedback. We stopped at these services at Newport Pagnell for a break on our journey to Hastings. We got a good quality early lunchtime snack at a fair price each having a coffee, panini and almond croissant which we ate at the provided tables. The staff were efficient and hard working. They weren't friendly but then I don't know what its like to work here and we did witness a customer being rude and the people who preceded us didn't bother to clear their table to the convenient nearby bin so I got some idea. We were impressed that somebody was diligently cleaning the tables and floor in the eating area. So we got what we wanted and we'd say it was very good and we would stop here again.
The service at this restaurant was awful! The server seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. The cappuccino was terrible, probably the worst I've ever had at a Starbucks. The tables were also dirty.
