It's really disappointing because you used to be one of the best in MK. We won’t be ordering from here again.

The spiced house fries, which are essentially chips with Cajun seasoning, were a letdown. The California Burger was also very disappointing; it was just a bacon cheeseburger with an average patty and a hard bun—nothing redeeming about it. The delivery took over two hours for a burger and fries, which arrived cold. Given the prices, I expected much better food and service, but they definitely did not live up to the cost.

It wasn't worth the wait or the price I paid. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here again, which is disappointing because I really wanted to support a local independent business.

I’ve pre ordere... read more I am soooo annoyed with Percys, but must admit I love their food and order from them regularly. Percys have the worst service I have ever known. I’ve pre ordered from them several times knowing how long the usual delivery takes and still received my food so much later than promised. The last 2 times I ordered well in advance to give them plenty of time to process and complete the order knowing how long it takes for them to deliver, both times I have had to call them, having waited well past the delivery time, only to be told that the order had not been processed because of a glitch, and the second time that they couldn’t even complete the order as they had now run out of items ordered. The explanation was totally poor and they wouldn’t have even called to tell me! Genuinely fuming because the food is lovely but the service is just awful! I don’t understand why they will not call to tell me of any problems, I will never order from them again

Both times we have placed the order online for delivery and it tells you a time but soon after you get an email saying it will be considerably later. And then it doesn’t even come at that time. I placed my order at 5pm, at 625pm I got a call to say it was being prepared and one of my items was not available. I find this wait hard to take when so many other takeaways arrive much quicker that that. 2 hours from order to arrival is really not acceptable and to find out an hour and a half after you order that you can’t have what you want is pretty poor really
