You can get a pizza from Hunt Brothers. Not bad, at the price. If you want to use a debit/credit card, there is a minimum of $10. This business is the only nearby place to get provisions when you are at Blackwater, but if you want to go a bit further, there is a grocery store on Hwy 87 right south of Hwy 90 (Ost Harold) and if you drive about 1/4 miles east of the Hwy 87 crossing, there is a dollar business. But buy some stuff at Harold Store, because it's nice to have a comfortable place to get essential in the middle of Buck nowhere.
