The staff at Dunkin' were very friendly, but after waiting in line for about 10 minutes and paying, we received the wrong order. When we pointed it out, they gave us some munchkins as an apology and acknowledged their mistake, but they didn’t compensate for the nearly $5 we were overcharged. We understand the challenges of being understaffed and appreciated their sincere apologies. Hopefully, our next visit will be smoother.
I have to say, this is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. The staff, mostly teenagers, really need to improve their attitudes. Their language was inappropriate, and they showed no customer service skills at all. I definitely won't be going back. It was a very disappointing experience.
The day after Thanksgiving at 5:45 AM in the drive-thru, there were no cars in the parking lot. I was ordering for a family of four and was greeted with a lackluster "Yes? Is that it?" followed by "Is this a big order? Really?" When I finally received my food, the experience left me wondering if this is what Dunkin' Donuts considers to be their standard of service.
