When we pointed it out, they ga... read more The staff at Dunkin' were very friendly, but after waiting in line for about 10 minutes and paying, we received the wrong order. When we pointed it out, they gave us some munchkins as an apology and acknowledged their mistake, but they didn’t compensate for the nearly $5 we were overcharged. We understand the challenges of being understaffed and appreciated their sincere apologies. Hopefully, our next visit will be smoother.

Their language was inappropriate, and they showed no customer service skills at all. I definitely won't be going back. It was a very disappointing experience.
