What Jung hyun ki doesn't like about The Rice House Sān Hé Bāo Zǐ Fàn:
Rice is good but the sides are just too greasy and salty. Service needs to be improved. Made a phone order and the place got my order wrong and even disputed it. Waited for 25 mins for one extra side of rice. Not likely to return. View all feedback. What Eric Tam likes about The Rice House Sān Hé Bāo Zǐ Fàn:
I went to this restaurant for lunch and found it to be a mix of a restaurant and cafeteria style. You place your order at the register (cash only). Always ordering dinner pick up from this place. Absolutely, it is good taste and reasonable price.

read moreThis restaurant presents a fusion of cafeteria and traditional dining, featuring a unique Clay Pot Style rice served in disposable containers. While the rice is satisfactory, the sides lean overly greasy and salty, and portion sizes have become inconsistent. Service has room for improvement, with issues in order accuracy and a lack of attentiveness from staff, who were perceived as unwelcoming. The atmosphere, reminiscent of pandemic-related dining, and the reliance on disposable ware may detract from the experience. Despite its potential, many diners find it falls short of expectations in both food quality and service.
