Subway - Milpitas
Subway
Description
This Subway in Milpitas elicits mixed reactions: praised for friendly crews, fresh sandwiches, speedy online pick-ups and excellent cookies, yet criticized for inconsistent service, occasional sanitation lapses, inventory shortages and unexpected charges (toasting). Patrons note stingy toppings, mistaken items and intermittent equipment problems, though staff often improvises effectively. Expect a casual, fast‑paced experience that varies by shift — great for quick breakfasts or takeout when staffed well, but inspect orders and toppings on arrival.

Ordered a pro and received a normal sandwich. Employees are rude here. I'll be sticking to Jersey Mike's.
Worst Subway. Ordered online. It was not ready at promised pickup time. Only to reach and find out that half the items were out of stock. Why was the order accepted in the first place. Delayed us by a solid 25 mins because of this mess. Never recommend the 61 Sierra location in milpitas
The restaurant was incredibly clean, and the service was both friendly and well-timed. Unfortunately, the soda machine was out of ice, which was disappointing, but I’m sure that will be resolved by the time you visit.
The spinach looked fresh, but the tomatoes on my sandwich were the only bad ones out of the container. I received just three black olives and four banana peppers. The employee was extremely stingy with the toppings, so all I could taste was mayonnaise and tuna. My disappointment was indescribable—it felt like the sandwich was intentionally made as poorly as possible with the ingredients at hand. This Subway location is truly below standard. The staff member making my sandwich kept leaving his station to flirt with a woman behind me. This happened shortly after 7 PM on Thursday, October 28th.
