Peet's Coffee - Milpitas

I have been a fan of Peet's since I used to visit the original locations as a college student in Berkeley. This location maintains the same level of service and quality. I ordered the matcha frappe and a croissant for $8. The frappe had the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor, and the service was excellent. Even on a busy Sunday morning, I received my order within a few minutes. The restaurant has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, which is a great added bonus.

The drink was a mobile order. It came out lukewarm and took longer to make than orders placed in the store.l after I arrived. The bathrooms were appalling. Will not go back to this Pete?s location ????

Although I am not a coffee connoisseur, I appreciate good customer service. The staff at this location is friendly, professional, and almost make up for the high prices that all cafes charge. The positive aspect of this review is mainly due to the excellent employees, who would receive a 5-star rating if this review was solely based on them. However, the negative aspect is directed towards the cafe itself, which can be confusing with its similarity to other chains like Starbucks or Coffee Bean Tea Leaf.

My favorite place for coffee is this restaurant, their Havana cappuccino is top-notch. However, the service we received today was not up to par. I ordered three Havana cappuccinos through the Peet's mobile app for pick up in store. When I arrived at the store, I noticed that the coffees were not in the designated order ahead section, so I assumed they were still being made. After waiting for a few minutes, I saw three coffee cups placed on the counter near the person making them. When I asked about my order and why the cups were not in the order ahead section, they explained that there were too many orders and not enough space on the rack. However, there was ample space to accommodate more than three cups, which was disappointing. Despite the service hiccup, the Havana cappuccino was delicious.

Just went today 3/4/2020 and one of the cashiers forgot my side bread. I was waiting there for a few minutes .....???????????? not only am I late but now in a bad mood. No people and they still messed up my order. I should have gone to Starbucks where they do not forget my order early In the morning. NO MORE GOING HERE AFTER THIS. I shouldn't remind them over my order as one chit chats
