Was Anonym at Orenodon a mag?
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at this restaurant. I tried the Gyu Don, a beef dish, and found the taste enjoyable, although not very complex. The addition of pumpkin gave it a festive touch for the fall season. The miso soup that came with the dish was plain, but it was complimentary so I can't complain too much. The chili oil they served was smoother than what I am used to (lao gao ma), which... View all feedback.
I enjoyed my meal at this restaurant, although it was a bit on the expensive side. However, they provide a generous amount of side dishes. Currently, they are only offering takeout service. I ordered the katsudon with an extra runny egg, and the total came to around $16.58.
The food at this restaurant is great for the price. It's only decent when compared to other places, but I would definitely return to try the teriyaki chicken or for an affordable meal. The food is similar to Japanese bibimbap, with their dons including meat and rice with some veggies like bean sprouts and carrots. The gyudon seemed average in quality. I would recommend trying the chicken or, for seafood lovers, the poke.
I've ordered from Orenodon quite a few times off of DoorDash, but I've never visited the actual restaurant location up until yesterday afternoon. The space is quite large, and has a very simplistic dark blue and gray interior that is very pleasing to the eyes. They are still take out only, which I wish wasn't the case as the space looks great and I look forward to being able to dine-in here. I ordered the Gyudon and Roast Beef Don. I much preferred the Gyudon to the Roast Beef Don, but it may be because I'm partial to Gyudon's. The takeout bento was a decent portion with edamame, potato salad, egg, sausage, kimchi, noodles, rice, and the entree. I was pretty filled with the portion size, so I'm quite happy about that. Orenodon is very reasonably priced with a good portion size, but I do wish they offered dine in and a larger menu. I will definitely continue to order my takeout orders here, and will probably visit again if I'm in the area.

The chili oil they served was smoother than what I am used to (lao gao ma), which I liked. The menu was simple with a seasonal item available. The customer service was nice and pleasant. My only complaint is the single-use packaging they use, which makes the meal feel cheaper and creates unnecessary waste.
