This is my favorite Jack in the Box store, staff is awesome. They are patient, make food fresh every time and Arecela is best staff there, whenever I order through DoorDash which has no option mention I need hash brown instead of meat patty (vegetarian option , she picks my call every time and patiently listens and never misses to prepare like we want, thank you Arecela : View all feedback.

My supreme croissant was on the dry side and not as good as I remember it being. Perhaps my tastebuds changed. Customer service was better than usual for a fast food joint. Friendly and quick to assist. View all feedback.
I 'm fairly sure the people working here smoke a ton of marijuana or something because they couldn 't get my order correct. I placed an order online and got the spicy chicken munchie meal and the ultimate cheeseburger munchie meal. My husband 'scheeseburger was extremely dry and they left off the additional onions that I paid extra for. When I went through the drive thruto pick up my order, I thankfully saw that they failed to include my 4 orders of mini churros which I had to go back through thedrive thru to pick up. It wasn 't until I was back at my hotel and nearly finished eating that I realized they didn 't give me myadditional tacos either. I won 't be returning to this location and suggest to anyone needing a Jack in the Box fix that theychoose a different location.
First was employees don't even acknowledge me standing in the front and I was gross out when one female pick up French fries from her bare hands from the newly cooked fries. The male that was cooking did the same thing eating from the fries that will beserved to customers. I saved the receipt and will make more surveys-employees eating the foods before it go serve to customers.
Food is almost always barely warm. Tomatoes are frequently mushy. Make sure you have all of your order. Expect to have to park if you go through the drive through. Every once in awhile , if the right employees are working the food is okay/good
I live close to this location so it?s a go to for fast food. This place is always slow and seems short on staff. Expect a long wait if you do a walk in order cus their focus is on the drive thru. They have messed up on my order multiple time and even notgiving me the food I ordered. So triple check your bags. Saw this girl today was handling food with no gloves. She wasputting chicken tenders in a box and dump it back in the bin multiple times. I ordered the chicken tender she touched sincethere was no chicken nuggets. She was grabbing the frozen fries with her bare hands. That is the last time I will go thereever again.
I always have a bad experience when I go to this Jack in the Box, and for many good reasons. Not once have they done my order right. Whether it be one Ultimate Cheeseburger with no mustard or a croissant with only cheese, they never make the ordercorrectly. If I order multiple items, there 's always something missing when they hand me my order. That 's when I have tell themthat they didn 't give me an item or two. Every single time when I go through the drive thru, they make me park in front of thebuilding for my food. At first, I didn 't have a problem with it. Then, it started to become a constant process. I would onlyorder two cheeseburgers with a side of fries and having to wait up to twenty minutes while parked. Once my food was given to meat the parking lot, I look in the bag and of course, they didn 't give me two of my items. I would then have to go in thebuilding with my receipt and even then, they take a while to help you when there 's no one else in line. The only reason why Istill go here is because it 's the closest location to my house and my family members want Jack in the Box once in a while. Idon 't want an apology or an explanation from this location. Why don 't you try to do a decent job and maybe, MAYBE you won 'tget bad reviews? Just try for once. Overall, horrible service, quality, and management.
