Goldilocks Bakeshop
Description
Goldilocks in Milpitas provides a convenient stop for Filipino cuisine. The wide variety of dishes allows for a diverse and satisfying meal without the need for cooking. However, ensure you receive a receipt, as discrepancies in service have been reported. Unfortunately, recent reviews have noted a decline in food quality, especially with regards to baked goods. Despite some hiccups, many diners have found the experience to be positive overall, with ample options at reasonable prices. For those looking for a taste of the Philippines in Milpitas, Goldilocks may be worth a try.

Hit or miss place at this place. Just purchased 3 fresh lumpia for close to $10. When we got home, the sauce is watered down, no flavor and seems something was overlooked. Next time try it first before taking it home. I would have returned to complain but not worth the drive. Don’t waste your money! Service: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Goldilocks serves a delicious chicken chop suey every Wednesday and on weekends, and it’s absolutely fantastic! The dish features tender boneless chicken, quail eggs, baby corn, broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, onions, cabbage, green beans, zucchini, chayote squash, and more! I also love many other items on their menu, like tocino, longaniza, bistek, adobo, and pancit. I highly recommend trying them out! However, they really need to improve their ordering process. Many people want to dine there for lunch, but long wait times to order can be frustrating. Despite this, the food is so good that it makes the wait worthwhile.
The customer was already at the front but still chatting. As for the food, the three dishes I ordered were decent. My husband enjoyed the lechon paksiw, and I didn't have much to say. I liked the bopis and dinuguan. The brownies, which weren't in the photo, were a bit sweet and dry. I will definitely be back. Manila, Manila, I can’t help but keep coming back to Manila, Manila—it's like coming home.
