Usually my wife and I are happy with this place. It was the first time I had gone in to order and one of the ladies practically yelled and said I needed to go to the other end of the counter to order. About 5 minutes later a grumpy woman came to get myorder. One of the iced coffees I got was a mocha. Well the cup had a crack, so she dumps it into another cup with all thechocolate syrup in the first cup. I do like plain iced coffee, but paying as much as I did, I should have gotten what I orderedand not treated as I was. My wife can stop there if she chooses, I won't be back.
I visited the restaurant this morning with a $20 gift card. My total bill was $25 and some change. I first handed over the gift card along with $6 in cash, but they insisted that I still owed $7. After showing them the receipt that confirmed my balance, they then claimed I owed $1.50 instead. Confused, I gave them another $2, which brought my total payment to $28 for a $25 meal. They explained that a computer error was causing the confusion. Unfortunately, I ended up overpaying and didn’t get my gift card back, which I could have reloaded for future use.
Today, I went to Dunkin and ordered a large iced peppermint mocha coffee with extra peppermint mocha and extra cream. They gave me four pumps of each. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich, and while I was waiting for my food, I politely asked for extra cream so I wouldn't have to have my coffee remade. However, the woman serving me was quite rude and insisted that I go to the back of the line to ask for the extra cream. I explained that I hadn't even received my food yet and didn't want to go back around. Ultimately, I decided to leave without my order, and I won't be coming back to Dunkin in the future.
Overall, my experience at the restaurant was positive, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. I received everything I ordered, though the sandwich was a bit too tough for my liking. Aside from that, the rest of the meal was outstanding.
