Unfortunately, b... read more I ordered a two-piece crispy chicken meal, and my husband opted for the crispy chicken tender meal, along with some other items for our family. Unfortunately, both the chicken and the chicken tenders were completely unseasoned. To make matters worse, the chicken and fries appeared to have been sitting out for a while. Our total came to just over $30, and we left feeling quite disappointed. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

KFC's policy of permitting mobile order pickups only inside the restaurant—rather than at the drive-thru or curbside—defeats the whole purpose of convenience and safety that mobile ordering is meant to provide. I consistently find myself waiting a long time for my food anyway. In the end, I opted for Crown Chicken instead, as I had only stopped by KFC for diet sodas since it was the closest option. If you have to get out of your car to pick up fried chicken, you might as well choose a better chicken place.

Nevertheless, this KFC consistently provides friendly service, and the food is always freshly made.

I decided to give it another try, but it's still just as slow. Plus, there was no ice for the drinks.
