It was so dark and nasty... read more I just got home from Dunkin' Donuts here on Wade boulevard in Millville. I got a hot caramel latte it was the worst tasting latte ever. It was so dark and nasty bitter latte that I ever had in my life. Please teach your employees how to make a latte! What are they afraid to steam enough milk to make the Latte. As much as you have to pay for a medium latte they should be able to steam enough milk to make a good latte.

Although I was able... read more I ordered for drive thru pick up on the app while sitting in the parking lot. Waited a couple mins then proceeded to get in drive thru line. Although I was able to place and pay for my order in advance, when I gave my name at the speaker I was told that they no longer serve the croissant stuffer sandwich. I had to ask them what do we do in this case since the order is paid for. They then asked what I would like to replace it with. I picked a sourdough BEC and was told that that sandwich is like $1 more so I could not choose that one. After a minute of examining the menu and silence the lady said she guesses she will just give me the sourdough. I said ok great and thank you very much to again sit in awkward silence. I asked after 30 seconds or so if there was any other issues or shall I pull up, and was instructed to pull up. After receiving my order and pulling away, I realized they had given me an iced cappuccino, not the hot one that I ordered. This was the last thing I wanted on such a cold day but I did not have the time or patience to go back and change it so I kept a $10+ order that I did not even want. I was very disappointed ?. My boyfriends order was fine.
