From start to finish, this was undoubtedly the worst dining experience I've ever had. Three of us went out to dinner on Thursday, October 13, 2022, around 6 PM. The restaurant was not busy at all, which should have been a red flag. It took over 45 minutes for our food to arrive, and the waitress nearly delivered our meals to the wrong table. To make matters worse, all three of our orders were incorrect or missing items. Can you believe we were served a bowl of soup without any spoons? We were left with just forks and knives, and the burgers we ordered were disappointing—nothing but tasteless, crumbled ground beef squeezed between two buns. We also ordered onion rings, and it took them half an hour to realize they didn’t have any after we placed our order. They never came to check if we needed refills, either. One of our friends even remarked that the boneless chicken wings tasted like alligator! Next time, we might as well go to Wendy's; at least there, we won’t have to tip for such horrible service.
My husband and I came in for lunch today he had just gotten out of the hospital and needed a quick fast breakfast and that is exactly what we had. Our server Elyssa was amazing! She was so attentive pleasant a true professional and so helpful. I had the super bird sandwich with fries and he had the French toast slam breakfast with fresh coffee. We came in hungry and left extremely happy. The restaurant was clean. I will be back again to see Elyssa!
I placed an order for delivery online, but after waiting an hour with no food, I decided to call the restaurant to request a refund. Unfortunately, the staff informed me that they couldn't process a refund, and the manager refused to speak with me directly. I was very polite during the call, yet I was still dismissed. The person on the line simply wished me a good day and hung up, leaving me without my food and without my money. What a frustrating experience! Kid-friendliness: Terrible!!!
I visited this restaurant today with my family for brunch, and our waitress, Emily K, was outstanding. We dine at a variety of restaurants, and Emily K certainly offered us excellent service; other waitstaff could learn a lot from her. Kid-friendliness: This is a family-friendly restaurant. Parking: The parking area is spacious and convenient.
