We both agree that their Bagels are AMAZING! They are the perfect amount of crispy on the outside and dry inside! The women's customer service capabilities are bomb and I'm not easily impressed, there was a huge line that transpired while we gave our order, she made it with such efficiency, I'm shocked and impressed! I have local bagel stores around me, this will no longer have my business because I will definitely visit this place more often! NOT coming HERE! You are GREAT

Like a lot of plac... read more DO NOT USE THE ORDERSAVE WEBSITE TO ORDER FOR DELIVERY OR PICKUP they don't use the system anymore and you can't cancel or refund your order. Like a lot of places they turn off their grills about an hour before they close. The people were very nice and the bagels are soft. I haven't met the owner but he shouldn't have a website linked that just takes your money
