For the reputation and prices at Dunkin I was shocked. I don't frequent Dunkin nor this particular location but passed it on my route. To place an order leave, get to your car and see no napkins, ketchup or creamers is not acceptable. There were thin napkins that were falling apart on a back counter that you could hardly see. I requested an iced latte without any ice and ended up with only half a cup. It's frustrating that my boss is so strict, knowing that if I don't specifically ask for no ice, I'll still receive some.
I was extremely dissatisfied with the service at Dunkin' Donuts, which ruined our dining experience. They spilled our drinks and then proceeded to blame us.
The service was awful! I ordered 6 specialty donuts for pickup, including the ones the children wanted, but when I got home, they gave me the wrong donuts.
Wow. I'll skip past the woman on her phone for a good 15 seconds while she got herself together to work but the fact that she could not punch in 2 medium lattes and 1 small latte was enough for me to leave. As a former Dunkin employee, just listen to the customer or repeat what the customer asked for. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
