I received all of my drinks and they were fine however I al... read more I grew up in town and needed to come back to care for my elderly father. I ordered through ubereats. I received all of my drinks and they were fine however I also ordered two donuts one of them was missing and the other one was soaked in the bag with coffee. I called the store and the girl was very rude she was more interested in whose fault it was. She then told me she personally pack the order and it was fine. She also told me there was only one doughnut ordered when my receipt shows two that were ordered and paid for. All I was trying to do is let them know that the donut arrived soaked with coffee in the bag and the other ones was not in the bag. She then proceeded to tell me that the order only showed one donut on their end and she would take responsibility for not putting a donut in the bag so that didn't make any sense. Very poor customer service! I will be using a different location from this point on. Do the fact that I don't have a car to drive there I have been having it delivered pretty regularly for almost 2 months now.
