Dunkin' - Milltown

The food at this restaurant was pretty good. As a regular Dunkin customer and rewards member, I consider it my favorite fast food breakfast spot nationwide. However, the cashier was not very friendly and seemed a bit impatient. Although she wasn't overly rude, it was noticeable enough that she even served another customer ahead of me in her haste. I decided not to address it directly because I was more focused on my food. The bathrooms were clean, which was a bonus as I had my three daughters with me. I would consider giving this Dunkin another try, but I hope the cashier can improve her attitude as she appeared ready to quit.

This Dunkin' Donuts is the worst I've ever been to! The staff are rude and even talked about me in their language thinking I wouldn't understand. They need to improve their service, get orders correct, show respect, and not give customers a hard time. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This restaurant is fantastic. It is fast, welcoming, and exceptionally clean. They also have a lovely outdoor seating area. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with a ramp for entry and no stairs. They offer takeout service and serve delicious brunch meals at a price range of $1-$10 per person. Their food, service, and atmosphere all receive top marks of 5. I highly recommend trying their Sausage Egg and Cheese dish.

I grew up in town and needed to come back to care for my elderly father. I ordered through ubereats. I received all of my drinks and they were fine however I also ordered two donuts one of them was missing and the other one was soaked in the bag with coffee. I called the store and the girl was very rude she was more interested in whose fault it was. She then told me she personally pack the order and it was fine. She also told me there was only one doughnut ordered when my receipt shows two that were ordered and paid for. All I was trying to do is let them know that the donut arrived soaked with coffee in the bag and the other ones was not in the bag. She then proceeded to tell me that the order only showed one donut on their end and she would take responsibility for not putting a donut in the bag so that didn't make any sense. Very poor customer service! I will be using a different location from this point on. Do the fact that I don't have a car to drive there I have been having it delivered pretty regularly for almost 2 months now.
