Contribute Feedback What Samuel Banda doesn't like about Luchento's:
BAD EXPERATION We are Monmouth County seniors who loved the old Luchento's, but they would not accept Luchento's Christmas gift card worth $100 from our son. Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to criticize or recommend the new Luchento's. You lost two of your loyal and steady customers for a $100 gift card. This is a small amount compared to a two million dollars renovation. View all feedback.
I'm an old client, so I wish I had better things to say. Our food took an hour to get out and it wasn't even so busy. The manager acted as if we were those who were wrong for the complaint. When it finally came out, two of the ducks were cold. It was a total mess. Wouldn't go back, not worth frustration.

First of all the good things, it is still BYOB (or you need another mortgage to pay for wine) the restaurant is modern, comfortable large decor.and that is where the good news holds. The waiters who touch everything in the restaurant also touch your bread, barbarable handed we sat over the waiter's station, avoid this table without staring like people while you eat and hearing them complain about customers. Refilled on drinks, we had to ask them to service lack of attention, homemade gnocchi.were gummy and hard. sauce with a little basil (Hunts' comes to me) we didn't try out the unoriginal desserts... are freed to jake and got a big ice cone instead of/always mediocre food in a great environment...
