I see now why this location has a 1.5 star rating! The manager Lori is a crabby old bitty! We did an online order for the BOGO, credit card was charged but the order was lost in their system. I showed her the order from my phone and the charge on my card. She told me they do not honor the BOGO deal even though the app say they do! Which I showed her! I now understand why this location has a 1.5-star rating! The manager, Lori, is quite unfriendly. We placed an online order for the BOGO deal, and although my credit card was charged, the order disappeared from their system. I showed Lori the order on my phone and the charge on my card, but she insisted that they do not honor the BOGO offer, despite what the app states—something I pointed out to her as well. She seemed indifferent and claimed there was nothing she could do. This was a disappointing experience in terms of customer service! I won't be returning to this location, and I would advise those seeking a friendly atmosphere to steer clear of Lori.

Terrible experience!!! The manager told me it was her store and to leave immediately, even though there were other customers present. She rudely interrupted the employee who was making my sandwich, telling her to be quiet and hurry up while she was checking me out. I tried to let the manager know that the employee didn't understand what we were discussing, but instead, she simply expelled me for saying that. This behavior is unacceptable, and I will never return to this place.
A fast food restaurant in Millstadt... what could possibly go wrong? Absolutely NOTHING! The staff here are friendly, attentive, and always smiling. It's a joy to interact with the talented Subway sandwich makers. Even with global supply chain challenges, you can still enjoy biscuits and gravy at this wonderful spot in Millstadt. I can’t wait for breakfast tomorrow!
