The is the 3rd time I have been to Royal Farms. All the locations I have been to are about the same. At this location, the tall young man with a long beard working at the restaurant was very nice and helpful. I didn't think to ask for help at the order station and bought 2 thighs, 2 legs and 1 small mashed potatoes. It came to $16+. When I went to get the food. Asked help redeeming some of my points . Girl at the register said didn?t have time to show me. Very rudely said I would have to figure it out myself. If this is how you want to treat your customers then I will take my business elsewhere View all feedback.
