What User doesn't like about Royal Farms:
Asked help redeeming some of my points . Girl at the register said didn?t have time to show me. Very rudely said I would have to figure it out myself. If this is how you want to treat your customers then I will take my business elsewhere View all feedback.
This is the second attempt at purchasing a fountain soda at this location in about a week that it tasted nasty and dirty. This time I tasted it before I actually bought it and wasted my money though. Tried 2 different brands of soda as well, same results. Opted for the cup of ice and a bottled soda. However, today the western fries got me because they too tasted grossly dirty. As if the grease or filter needs changed. Very disappointing and shameful that such a nice looking, fairly new store can be so poorly maintained under the surface. I see by the reviews mine isn't the only complaint of this nature. (I won't dare try the tea. Clean up your act RoFo, and teach your employees how to keep it that way.

I asked him if its cheaper if I ordered as a meal, and he showed me that it is. Now I know. The gas prices reasonable comparing to where I live, but it is still ridiculously high. Unfortunately it will be higher considering the policies of the administration.
The order screen takes in orders which are not in stock, and cannot be fulfilled. In such scenario you will need to wait for the checkout person to give the refund. One more thing to note, could not use the ROFO App inside the store for connectivity issues, so could not scan the bar code during purchase.
We stopped in for a minute . I went to use the women's restroom. The door was very heavy and flung open . The girl who leaving the restroom as I was going in the first stall opened the door and it hit my stall door against my thumb . It happened very quickly. It pitched my thumb . I ran cold water on it to relieve the pain. I told the cashier about it and I wanted to file an accident account so it wouldn't happen to anyone else. The cashier got me an ice bag and I waited for the manager . She came and she put in the report . As of this writing, I haven't heard from corporate office. My thumb is still bruised. Be careful of the doors at the restrooms there , they are quite heavy and open quickly .
They lied about serving fresh fried chicken. I called a order in you couldn't even eat the dam legs never go back best fried chicken more like the worst.
