A few years ago, I purchased a gift card at incontro (under the same ownership). Unfortunately, within 2 weeks of my purchase, the restaurant closed without providing any compensation to those who had bought gift cards. I initially chose to overlook the situation, but after seeing negative reviews being deleted (which I found extremely unprofessional), I felt compelled to speak up. The service was extremely slow, and the drinks were disappointing. The waitress did not meet our expectations. We were the only customers in the restaurant.
