Everything is fresh and marked with colored dots whether it is vegan, has egg, nuts, etc. while not a lot of vegan options for lunch they do have a vegan wrap, great black bean burger, or create your own as they are friendly and helpful

If you visit once or twice a year, it’s enjoyable, but frequent visits may lead to boredom. They do have a vegan hummus and veggie wrap for lunch, similar to what you’ll find at many places in this area. The staff is very friendly and willing to customize orders, but I’ve stopped going there because the vegan selections rarely change. My gluten-free, non-vegan friend absolutely loves this place, so it’s excellent for GF options, but just okay for vegans.

If I want to avoid spending all day stuck in traffic to get to Providence or Boston—which I really dislike—this charming bakery is a perfect alternative! Although it's not specifically a vegan establishment, they offer a wide variety of options for those with allergies (without eggs, dairy, soy, gluten, or nuts), so I can always find delicious treats that I can enjoy. They also serve tasty vegan sandwiches, salads, and bowls!

My husband and I enjoyed the vegan quesadilla, and it was fantastic. I will definitely return! #Veganuary

The service was exceptional, with the young lady taking the time to explain the menu when I asked about breakfast sandwiches. I ended up choosing the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and it did not disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised to find Frank's hot sauce available in a packet. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant, especially since I will be doing business in the plaza regularly. Twist will now be my go-to spot for future visits.
