Feedback
The restaurant features modern decor and has self-ordering machines along with self-serve soda dispensers. It takes part in both national and local promotions, and it’s usually not very crowded. There is ample free parking available. Additionally, the venue is wheelchair accessible, although someone will need to hold the door open for ease of access.
Why is that? I believe it's largely due to the manager, Mike, who is one of the best employees I've encountered. His signature greeting, "Hi, welcome to McDonald's! How can we help you today?" instantly lets you know that you're about to receive top-notch service. Thank you, Mike, for the exceptional level of service you provide; it deserves recognition and reward. I was saddened to recently hear that another McDonald's location (in Natick/Framingham) lost a long-standing standout manager because the company doesn’t offer raises to its managers. While I respect McDonald’s for its impressive efficiency in kitchen operations, I’m troubled by how little it seems to value the team members who dedicate years to the company, only to have them leave for other opportunities. As a lifelong customer, I recognize the significant impact a strong leader can have, and it seems corporate may be disconnected from the reality of how things truly operate. Therefore, I urge McDonald’s to take this seriously: if you care about your restaurants and customers, do everything you can to retain excellent team members like Mike and other MVPs who contribute so much. A little recognition can greatly boost morale, and if you’re genuinely interested in creating the best, most efficient, and most profitable enterprise, it’s essential to ensure that your employees are rewarded appropriately. Thank you, Mike, for your outstanding work! Christopher
