I haven't been to or will ever go into McDonald's in Millis ever again. The last time I was there I was told I could wait while the counter help went to the bathroom. Then I was told I was rude for requesting the he wash his hands in front of me so that I knew the he practice personal hygiene. I was also told I don't like the fact that he had go use the bathroom don't come back. There is a time to use a bathroom not when you have people at counter waiting to be waited on. I find this very poor customer service and very rude on behalf of McDonald's employees. This location has the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever seen or dealt with. They do not want to wait on the customers inside they tell you order on the kiosk, if I'm at the counter that means I want to speak to a human not a robot. Someone should really give CUSTOMER SERVICE classes to the employees in this location it would really help them to learn what good CUSTOMER SERVICE is.

The restaurant features modern decor and has self-ordering machines along with self-serve soda dispensers. It takes part in both national and local promotions, and it’s usually not very crowded. There is ample free parking available. Additionally, the venue is wheelchair accessible, although someone will need to hold the door open for ease of access.

Why is that? I believe it's largely due to the manager, Mike, who is one of the best employees I've encountered. His signature greeting, "Hi, welcome to McDonald's! How can we help you today?" instantly lets you know that you're about to receive top-notch service. Thank you, Mike, for the exceptional level of service you provide; it deserves recognition and reward. I was saddened to recently hear that another McDonald's location (in Natick/Framingham) lost a long-standing standout manager because the company doesn’t offer raises to its managers. While I respect McDonald’s for its impressive efficiency in kitchen operations, I’m troubled by how little it seems to value the team members who dedicate years to the company, only to have them leave for other opportunities. As a lifelong customer, I recognize the significant impact a strong leader can have, and it seems corporate may be disconnected from the reality of how things truly operate. Therefore, I urge McDonald’s to take this seriously: if you care about your restaurants and customers, do everything you can to retain excellent team members like Mike and other MVPs who contribute so much. A little recognition can greatly boost morale, and if you’re genuinely interested in creating the best, most efficient, and most profitable enterprise, it’s essential to ensure that your employees are rewarded appropriately. Thank you, Mike, for your outstanding work! Christopher

We go through the drive through and the attendant was doing both mine and the other window at the same time. It was very confusing. We weren't told our total and when we pulled up to the first window the same attendant completely ignored us. We got called over to the second window and we had a burger missing from the order. The only saving grace, was they didn't pay enough attention so we didn't end up paying.
