Louie's Pizzeria - Millis

Pretty lackluster pizza. Why go here when there are better options in the area?

Louie’s has always been my go-to pizza place, but recently it’s been going downhill. I ordered a Grecian and it came out genuinely terrible. It must have been a mistake because I usually love that pizza! Anyways, the pizza was room temperature at the time of purchase because they left it resting on the counter. It had almost no sauce on it and the toppings were poorly distributed; one bite I’d get nothing, and the next I’d get a mouthful of garlic. Also, the pizza barely had any feta on it. $20 for a pizza with no meat and skimpy toppings? The value just isn’t there anymore. I hope Louies can get back to what it used to be.

It was alright. pizza itself was delicious, but their appetizers are very disappointing . might have been the worst mozzarella sticks and plain wings i’ve ever had. expensive for the quality

Louies offers delicious pizza that is prepared in a unique way compared to other pizza places in the area. They use a coal-fired method, which results in a fantastic tasting pizza. It would be great if they had truly gluten-free options available. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait for your order, but it is definitely worth it.
