The croissant was incredibly stale and tasted like lighter fluid and that coffee was so so bitter. I asked them to confirm it was decaf coffee and they could not and would not remake it. Definitely an off day but I’m not willing to let them ruin another morning like that. Pass.

I live in Millis and go here simply out of convenience, yet every time I leave I wonder why not just go to Medfield or Medway. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever received my full and correct order. Always slow, always rude, always a hassle. Embarrassment to Dunks. They changed the exterior, sadly the inside operation is still a cluster. Avoid at any and all costs.

Service is awful, not... read more The worst Dunkin’ Donuts drive thrus ever!!! Line is always all the way out to the street. Takes 20 mins to get thru the drive thru line. Service is awful, not friendly by any means. Out of munchkins and it was only 11am. Just horrible experience every time I go. Wish there was another close to my home.
