It seems like they were hosting a private party, as the staff was more focused on that than on serving other customers. The karaoke was not great, but what really stood out was the lack of attention from the staff. I absolutely adore this restaurant and the atmosphere here. We dined in for lunch, and the price per person was around $10–20. The food was delicious, I would give it a 4 out of 5 rating. The service was also great, with a rating of 4 out of 5. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant, I would also rate it a 4 out of 5. I highly recommend trying their Country Breakfast dish.
This restaurant is where our motorcycle riding club was formed, starting with a few guys who used to meet there to ride. I recently had the opportunity to visit the cafe bar and "The Tree". Our club SCRC now has over 30,000 members and the National Rally was held here this weekend to celebrate 25 years. I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone traveling along the highway looking for a place to stop for breakfast, lunch, or a drink. The staff are friendly and ensure that your meal is perfect and that you have everything you need. I am so happy I stopped in and will definitely be back. Unfortunately, the iconic tree was struck by lightning last summer and may not survive as it was split. The owners are working hard to try and save it.
