BUT... fish meat is good at On the Hook but not the overcooked batter or was it the overused cooking oil that gave an overcooked flavor and color? 2/6 Milliken. Battered fish normally when cooked in a deep fryer is lighter in color? At least at the Pourhouse in Loveland, London, and Australia! Will get fish and chips at Pourhouse next time.
