Bravo to Harney & Sons! I recently bought your cinnamon and spice tea from Dutch Brothers Coffee, but it took me a moment to realize it was yours. I had to pull the tea bag out of my cup to find your company name on the label. Without thinking twice, I ordered 50 sachets—30 from your website and the rest from Amazon. It's the best cinnamon and spice tea I've ever tasted! I hope you will consider making a candle with that amazing scent as well.
This company has literally been life-changing for me. I stumbled into having them on my radar after attending a charity event in Hartford where Harney Sons' African Autumn was served. Never had I had such a rich, buttery herbal tea. I ordered some. Years later I was looking for quality Darjeeling for my tea-loving hubby, and again found it online at Harney.com. With their no minimum free shipping I sent hubby an Easter gift to his hotel to cheer him on his long-term work assignment in another state. Harney sent me an email asking if I'd tried their hemp collection--here's the life-changing part! I've been using CBD oil to lower my blood pressure. It was working fine at $70 a month for the good stuff. So I thought: hemp, CBD, LET's try it. I ordered the six-tin hemp collection. I started with Center, a blend of an herbal called Yerba Mate with a cinnamon tea. I hadn't taken my CBD that morning. Drank a half cup o the Yerba Mate. Casually did my ritual BP check. It lowered it 30 points! 112/73. 20 points lower than the CBD. HALF A CUP OF TEA! I ordered a pound of the the loose leaf Yerba Mate for $22. At half a cup a day that's about $22 a YEAR! I have been drinking my Yerba Mate daily and maintains BP at low levels. If I'm stressed I drink a whole cup. It's hard to put into words how thankful I am. I am now buying lots of new teas--green, black, herbal, and tea for hot and iced enjoyment. I am a customer for life--which looks like i5 may be longer due to the amazing benefits of tea. I'm also learning from Dr William Li more about health and tea onYou Tube sponsored by Michael Harney. Thank you God for this wonderful company and the natural health remedies You made.
The worst online shop ever. They cannot deliver the already paid and confirmed order, because of „technical problems.“ It took 6 days to get my money back. They do not respond to questions, except repeating „We are sorry… We are sorry“. They could not come up with any valid explanation why they could not deliver the product which I ordered and paid already and which they confirmed 5 days ago. They were also not able to explain why they charged my creditcard for an item that they cannot deliver, because it was already out of stock.
Sonia, assuming that is her real name, provided terrible customer service. She was rude, uninformed, and uninterested. Although the tea was good, it was not worth enduring her poor treatment. I may just be one customer lost, but with service like that, I cannot be the first or the last to walk out.
I have had a negative experience with Harney and Sons due to their use of unreliable shipping (USPS) that has resulted in my packages being delivered to the wrong building and stolen on two occasions. Despite reaching out for help via email and being ignored for almost a week, the company has refused to assist me in any way and instead placed the blame on USPS. After almost three weeks since placing my order, I have been told that a reshipment will not be approved until USPS responds, showing little accountability. I recommend caution when ordering from this company, as they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Furthermore, they are now advising me to contact USPS myself to file a complaint and are not willing to rectify the situation. It seems that Harney and Sons are more concerned with taking customers' money rather than providing satisfactory service.
