What User doesn't like about Gin & It:
What I really like about this place is sitting at the bar and have the bartender share with you the little secrets of the drinks. The bar overlooks the wharf, so a very pleasant view. The bartender is friendly. If you like gin, then you will be spoilt for choice. However a little caution: don't order the cocktails as they are pre-made and bottle in the tiny little things. The bartender is friendly. If you like gin, then you will be spoilt for choice. However a little caution: don't order the cocktails as they are pre-made and bottle in the tiny little things. Not worth the $18 they sell them for. And to make it worse, not that tasty even though their names may be tantalising: gin & it, aviation, green tea and kiwi, negroni or corpse reviver! I still like a cocktail made as I wait.

We visited for a gin at the weekend. Great views. Nice staff. A little disappointing that there was no slimline Tonic and no aged gin left. We tried the smoked Bombay sapphire which was lovely with the spicy chicken from next door. Lots of gins on offer and definitely worth a visit.
Gin & It is located on the newly opened Wulugul walk at Barangaroo (just along from King St Wharf). It's a small outdoor bar, with a covered seating area. They have a great selection of gins, and staff are friendly and knowledgeable.Note - late afternoon it can be pretty hot as there aren't many shaded areas.
