The food here is decent, but there's an issue with the franchise owner, an older lady who really needs to understand that when customers are ordering, we don’t... read more The food here is decent, but there's an issue with the franchise owner, an older lady who really needs to understand that when customers are ordering, we don’t want to see her reprimanding the staff. I've visited this location in Millen three times during lunch, and each time, she has been scolding the workers, who are doing their best to prepare our food quickly and accurately. Her behavior is off-putting and makes me and other customers want to leave. I wouldn't want to deal with her for the little amount they get paid. There’s a right time and place to address concerns with employees. She could benefit from some better training. I felt it was important to share this; it’s disheartening to see hardworking employees subjected to that kind of treatment. If she happens to read this, I hope she learns from it. She should be grateful that the staff shows up to serve the customers. On a positive note, the restaurant does serve good food, and the workers are friendly when they're not being criticized for everything they do.
