I feel like this cafe Rio location has really improved!! I got the new pork bowl and it was soooo good. I added a few of the complimentary salsas and the flavor was so good. Juana checked that we had the correct order before we walked out with our order and she was so helpful! Hard to imagine having a worse takeout experience: 1. Ordered via the app at 6pm for pickup at 7. 2. Arrived at 7. At 7:10 I’m told it will just be 5 more minutes because they ran out of grilled chicken. Don’t get my food until 7:25. 3. When my order is finally called it’s missing 2/6 items. 4.
