Barely any meat on... read more Went to subway at 1501 Woodville Rd, Millbury, Ohio on Thursday (July at 8pm. Ordered 2 foot longs and 4 cookies. The subs were not toasted. Barely any meat on the subs. The subs were inedible. Fillings tasted old. Did not eat. The cookies tasted like they had been sprayed with a cleaning solution. They were inedible. Did not eat. Spoke to Tim. He said a manager would call the next day. No call. It's been a week so I called them. Spoke to the owner, Shawna. She was very rude and told me I was aggitating her and refused to correct the issue. She then hung up on me.

I came tonight to get 4 subs and not until 2 subs in was I informed that main items we wanted were out..green peppers, cucumbers, cheese and bread we wanted as... read more I came tonight to get 4 subs and not until 2 subs in was I informed that main items we wanted were out..green peppers, cucumbers, cheese and bread we wanted as well. We ordered a footlong cookie also, and when we got home and opens it none of it was baked..it was raw and somehow runny in the middle?! Not only that..but one of the employees making our subs kept going back and forth on whether they needed to sneeze or not..and ultimately ended up sneezing whilst finishing our last sub. It was like a funny thing between the two employees and it was NOT funny to me at all. I brought every one of these issues up and nothing was done about any of them. Definitely NOT a good experience at all. If I had an owners contact information I would use that..but I don’t. Very disappointing. Service: Takeaway
