we were in the second floor, the room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. the decor was super sweet, but the bed was too soft and the kissing situation was not better. with closed curtains, the light was still immediately let in with the sunrise. we also got a noise complaint at 8:50 a.m. on a Sunday, we were definitiv not calm but not evil loud enough for a complaining that early, perhaps a karen was... A fantastic spot to stay, conveniently located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It's very comfortable!
We stayed at the Dylan Hotel at both ends of a three-week trip to Europe, and it was such a delightful experience both times. The hotel itself is charming, with comfortably furnished rooms that each come equipped with a record player and a selection of albums, which our 8-year-old loved! Additionally, the lobby is well-stocked with snacks and drinks, including alcoholic options, as well as games and books suitable for all ages. The staff is very friendly, and the location is perfect for quick and easy access from SFO. We also took advantage of the long-term parking option, and the garage location felt very secure.

The accommodations are a bit small and could use some updating, but overall, I didn’t encounter any major issues.

Easy check in out, nice rooms with a balcony. Bathroom is a bit small but clean. A little more expensive than other nearby hotels but with the free parking it's worth it. Area isn't very walkable so be aware, but lots of good food nearby!
