Subway - Millbrae

Ordered a BOSS sandwich online for pickup on the way home from work and when I went to tear into it they had given me a plain meatball sub. Talk about a let down!

I decided to give this place a second chance because the app said they accepted coupons. Of course after my sandwich was made and it was time to pay, they wouldn't accept my coupon. No signs posted ANYWHERE that they don't accept coupons or honor promotions. Utterly ridiculous to spend millions in advertising and promotions when most of your stores don't accept them and your app is providing erroneous information. I normally visit Sorry I have never felt Subway sandwiches were worth full price especially since the quality can vary so drastically. That said, I will continue to boycott stores that don't accept

I don 't usually give one star. However, this service is not what I expected. I always check outside if there is a sign NO PET allow. So I brought my dog in. Someone was yelling NO PET ALLOW. It 's okay, but you should put a SIGN there. There are other subways that I have been to, they were okay with my dog just pop in and out. However, I was disappointed that this location wasn 't friendly and being flexible for a customer even there was no one there. I wish they could be more friendly for people who have pets.

Worker was nice but they don't take Subway coupons at this location which is weird to me.

Ive always liked Subway. Simple, easy, quick, and hits the belly just right. The sub was amazing.
