This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. The Soy Milk Latte here has the best flavor compared to other Starbucks shops in the area. The only thing that bothers me when I enter the store is having to open the door by hand during the pandemic. I would give it a 5-star rating if they could provide napkins outside near the door, similar to another location I’ve attached for reference. Millbrae, please! View all feedback.

I'm a bit disappointed. I ordered a trenta Strawberry Acai Lemonade online today without ice and paid with my rewards. However, when I picked it up, it was only filled to 80% of the cup. The barista explained that there had been a recent policy change requiring an extra charge for no ice and refused to fill it up. I visited the restaurant today and ordered a Cafe Mocha, which I absolutely loved. The staff was friendly and well-presented. Thank you!

Courteous, kind, and professional staff. This is one of the best, cleanest Starbucks stores in the. Bay Area.Besides the above, I could have my delicious Cappuccino and warmed lemon cake. Perfect experience. ?
