LA Petite Camille - Millbrae
LA Petite Camille
Description
La Petite Camille offers a mix of good and bad experiences according to various reviews. Some loved the authenticity of the Vietnamese rice plates and 5 spice chicken, while others found the food to be less fresh and the inside seating too tight. However, numerous patrons hailed the restaurant as the best Vietnamese spot in the SF Bay Area, with delicious thin-sliced beef pho, flavorful bbq chicken dishes, and fresh vegetables. The welcoming staff and cozy atmosphere were also commended. Overall, La Petite Camille seems to have its ups and downs, but for many, the flavorful dishes and warm service make it a standout choice for Vietnamese cuisine in the Milbrae area.

I have lived nearby for almost two decades but I always forget to try La Petite Camille. My wife and I finally remembered and I am so sorry that we've missed all these years of great food! The food is fresh and well flavored. The staff is very welcoming and nice. We look forward to more great dinners here.
Truly delicious! I got young coconut to drink and the vegetable crepe. Lots of veg options. Great local ambience and casual feel. I will definitely come again.
I tried almost all Vietnamese restaurants in the SF area, this is definitely the best! I have a thin sliced beef pho, I was totally surprised how delicious was! The broth is so rich, filled with flavors, you can taste the natural umami and freshness of the ingredients, I loved it so much that I first emptied the whole bowl! I also have a bbq chicken dish for taking out, the chicken was so delicate and tasteful, so delicious! The vegetables are very fresh! I was amazed! In addition, things are amazing! great service! The mood there is so secret and cozy, I was totally amazed! I will visit it as much as possible, and possibly try every dish on the menu haha! Hands down, the best Vietnamese restaurant in the Bay Area!
Rice plates are pretty good, quite authentic Vietnamese style. Service is pretty good considering that it is quickly busy. The inner seat is tight or a wedge tight. You can accommodate large groups, but you have to call. The prices are fair to very good, portions are generous. Parking is limited, so try to come early or look for parking on El Camino. Try the 5 spice chicken, pretty good.
