This restaurant can be quite inconsistent, largely depending on the staff. During my visit today, the woman serving the salsa, guacamole, and other items appeared disinterested and carelessly piled everything onto my plate without draining the excess water from the pico de gallo or corn, despite my polite request. During my first visit, I noticed that the online pickup shelf is located inside the kitchen. While I understand the need for security due to potential theft, I ended up waiting for five minutes before a staff member came to retrieve my order. On my second visit, wanting to avoid that delay, I tried to grab my order myself since the shelf was clearly marked for online pickups. I was asked to step back—not in a rude manner, but without much explanation. Unfortunately, the Guajillo steak I received was extremely dry, which is disappointing for such a premium item; it seemed like it had been sitting in the keep-warm bins for far too long. I also ordered double protein, but it clearly wasn't reflected in my meal. While the order was accurate and the restaurant was clean, I left feeling less than satisfied with the overall experience.

This restaurant's experience can vary a lot, mostly based on the staff. Today, the woman serving salsa, guacamole, and other items seemed uninterested and carelessly loaded my plate without draining the extra water from the pico de gallo or corn, even after I politely asked. When I requested a small amount of cheese, she gave me a large handful. When I asked her to remove some, she responded with an unfriendly glare.

I’m a big fan of Chipotle and often eat there, but during my visit on 4/12, I unfortunately got food poisoning. I hadn’t eaten anything all day before my meal, and when I woke up feeling sick, I still hadn’t eaten anything else, so I’m confident it was from the food I had there. I’m sharing this in hopes that they will enhance their cleaning and food safety standards.

I usually take a light approach to reviews and only write negative ones when it's absolutely necessary, and today is one of those days. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, but today was the final straw. I was overcharged and ended up paying $16 for something I had just bought for $7 a few days ago. Everyone has their own perception of portion sizes, but in my bowl, I only received three ingredients: shredded cheese, guacamole, and sour cream. The portions were minimal, and it felt like the staff didn’t understand that I was ordering a full meal. In the past, other staff members had generously filled my bowl. When I requested a little more, they charged me for each additional item! The inconsistency is really frustrating; it’s unfair to pay twice as much for the same meal on a different day. Even the cashier seemed surprised, but he was unable to do anything about it other than apologize. From now on, I’ll be going to the location down the street. I doubt my review will make a difference, but I felt it was important to share my experience. Overall, the service here has usually been good, but the inconsistent portions and pricing are disappointing.
