The waitress was attentive, which was appreciated. This was my first experience with a hot pot served on a conveyor belt, and it was fun to watch. Just be sure to grab your selections quickly, or you might have to wait a few minutes for them to return. The only downside was that I couldn't make my own sauce; they provided some options that I didn't particularly like. My favorite part of hot pot is being able to create different sauces for varying flavors with the same meat and vegetables. If they had offered a wider selection of sauces, I would have given them a full 5 stars.

I am particularly fond of their deep-fried tofu served with a paper roll. We make the trip from Wai’anae every week just for this. I’m really sad that you’re closing! I need to make one last visit tomorrow.
